Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Enterprise is an annual contract. The public $79 plan has no commitment and is month to month, so most teams start there and only move to Enterprise when they actually need the extras.
Do I need Enterprise to use Zera?
No. The public plan is already unlimited and runs the full product. Enterprise is specifically for teams that need white-label, SSO, a custom SLA, or a signed procurement contract.
How does white-label work?
Your logo, domain, and brand colors on the client-facing portal and email notifications. Internal users still see the Zera product. Your clients never see our brand.
Can you migrate us off QuickBooks Online?
Yes. Zera syncs two-way with QBO on every plan, so you can keep clients in QBO and do the work in Zera. If you want to retire QBO entirely, we map the chart of accounts and import history as part of onboarding.
