Eight short clips, starting with Ask Zera doing a whole month from one message, then each part of ZeraBooks in the order a bookkeeper works through a month. Each runs about 30 seconds with captions and no sound.
Meet Zera. Ask, and your books get done.
Drop a month of statements and bills into Ask Zera and ask the way you'd ask a person: "can you do july for me". Zera plans the job, imports and checks every statement, files the transactions, approves and matches the bills, reconciles each account and signs the month off. It asks you only what only you can answer, and every change is logged and can be undone.

Upload a statement. The books start themselves.
Drop in each bank and card statement in Banks & Cards. Every transaction is read, checked against the statement's opening and closing balance, and categorized by AI as it lands. Transfers, card payments and owner draws are recognized on their own.

Your AI bookkeeper, with a paper trail
Autopilot does what it's sure of and asks about what it isn't, with one-tap answers ranked by confidence. Every action is logged with the reason and how sure it was, and changes to your books can be undone. You choose how much it does on its own.

Correct it once. It remembers.
Every transaction in the Ledger shows its category and why. Change one and similar transactions follow, now and next month. Closed months stay locked.

Upload a bill. It's read, approved and matched.
In Bills, the vendor, lines and tax are read for you. Confident bills are approved and matched to the payment on your statement, and near-duplicates are flagged before they post.

Send invoices. Let it chase.
In Invoices, deposits are matched to their invoices, even one payment covering several. Small bank-fee shortfalls close themselves. Overdue customers get a polite reminder, but only when your books are current.

Reconciled to the cent, every month
In Reconciliations, each account is checked against the bank's statement. Depreciation, loan interest and prepaid expenses are posted at month-end, and tied months are signed off and locked, with full history.

The walkthrough in the app
When you first open your books, ZeraBooks takes you through the same eight stops: Meet Zera first, then one per sidebar page. Each card reads YOUR BOOKS, IN ORDER · 1 OF 8 and so on.
Click Next and Back to move between stops, and Finish walkthrough on the last one.
There's no skip button, and Esc doesn't close it.
Your place is saved after each stop. If you close the tab partway, it picks up where you left off.
The clips on this page are the recordings from those stops, so you can watch any of them again here.
To take the whole walkthrough again, press ⌘ K (Ctrl K on Windows) anywhere in ZeraBooks and choose Replay feature walkthrough under Quick actions. Replaying doesn't change anything in your books.
