Download your Navy Federal statements
Where to find Navy Federal business checking and card statements, how far back they go, and how to get them into ZeraBooks as PDFs.
Download a statement
Navy Federal business members sign in with their own business credentials.
Sign in to Navy Federal online banking with your business sign-in, on a computer.
Open "Statements" in the menu.
Choose the account and the month.
Download the statement as a PDF.
In ZeraBooks, click Banks & Cards › Upload statement, choose the matching account and upload the file. See Upload a bank or card statement.
How far back you can go
Navy Federal keeps up to 36 months of statements online.
PDF or CSV
Download the PDF statement. ZeraBooks reads the printed opening and closing balances from it and uses them to prove the month is complete. See How ZeraBooks proves a statement.
Navy Federal may also let you download transactions from the account's activity page. A CSV works in ZeraBooks too, but it usually has no opening or closing balance. After you upload one, enter both balances exactly as printed on the statement with Fix statement details… in Reconciliations. See Fix a month that doesn't tie.
Only need the transactions in a spreadsheet? Once you have the Navy Federal PDF, convert it to Excel or CSV with the ZeraBooks bank statement converter.
Important: Business accounts have a separate sign-in. Your personal sign-in won't show business statements.
Frequently Asked Questions
I need statements older than 36 months. What now?
Ask Navy Federal for them, then upload them oldest first.
Which statements should I download?
Every month from the date your books start, for every account, oldest first. Upload one account's statement per file: each statement's opening balance is checked against the previous month's closing balance. See Upload a bank or card statement.
