Bank of America lists every account's statements under one menu, filtered by account and year.
Sign in to Bank of America Online Banking on a computer.
Open "Accounts" and choose "Statements & Documents".
Choose the account and the year from the dropdowns.
Open the month's statement and download the PDF.
In ZeraBooks, click Banks & Cards › Upload statement, choose the matching account and upload the file. See Upload a bank or card statement.
How far back you can go
Bank of America shows 6 years of monthly statements online. Older statements, up to 7 years, can be requested from the bank, sometimes for a fee.
PDF or CSV
Download the PDF statement. ZeraBooks reads the printed opening and closing balances from it and uses them to prove the month is complete. See How ZeraBooks proves a statement.
Bank of America also offers a transaction download from the account's activity page. A CSV works in ZeraBooks too, but it usually has no opening or closing balance. After you upload one, enter both balances exactly as printed on the statement with Fix statement details… in Reconciliations. See Fix a month that doesn't tie.
