Wells Fargo keeps statements for every account in its online banking.
Sign in to Wells Fargo Online (or Business Online) on a computer.
Open "Statements & Documents".
Choose the account and the statement month.
Download the statement as a PDF.
In ZeraBooks, click Banks & Cards › Upload statement, choose the matching account and upload the file. See Upload a bank or card statement.
How far back you can go
Wells Fargo keeps up to 7 years of statements online for checking and savings, and up to 2 years for credit cards.
PDF or CSV
Download the PDF statement. ZeraBooks reads the printed opening and closing balances from it and uses them to prove the month is complete. See How ZeraBooks proves a statement.
Wells Fargo's account activity download (spreadsheet or QuickBooks) only covers recent activity, so it can't replace older statements. A CSV works in ZeraBooks too, but it usually has no opening or closing balance.
