Download your TD Bank statements
Where to find TD Bank business checking and card statements, how far back they go, and how to get them into ZeraBooks as PDFs.
Download a statement
TD Bank lists statements for every account in Online Banking.
Sign in to TD Bank Online Banking (U.S.) on a computer.
Open "Statements and Documents".
Choose the account and the statement period.
Download the statement as a PDF.
In ZeraBooks, click Banks & Cards › Upload statement, choose the matching account and upload the file. See Upload a bank or card statement.
How far back you can go
TD Bank keeps up to 7 years of statements online.
PDF or CSV
Download the PDF statement. ZeraBooks reads the printed opening and closing balances from it and uses them to prove the month is complete. See How ZeraBooks proves a statement.
TD Bank also offers transaction downloads for Quicken and QuickBooks. A CSV works in ZeraBooks too, but it usually has no opening or closing balance. After you upload one, enter both balances exactly as printed on the statement with Fix statement details… in Reconciliations. See Fix a month that doesn't tie.
Only need the transactions in a spreadsheet? Once you have the TD Bank PDF, convert it to Excel or CSV with the ZeraBooks bank statement converter.
Important: Make sure you sign in to TD Bank in the U.S. TD's Canadian site is a different bank and won't show your U.S. accounts.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where are my TD business card statements?
In "Statements and Documents". Choose the card account and upload it into a credit card account in ZeraBooks.
Can ZeraBooks connect to my TD Bank account directly?
No. ZeraBooks has no bank feeds and never asks for your TD Bank sign-in. Download each statement and upload it.
Which statements should I download?
Every month from the date your books start, for every account, oldest first. Upload one account's statement per file: each statement's opening balance is checked against the previous month's closing balance. See Upload a bank or card statement.
