Where to find Brex card and business account statements and how to get them into ZeraBooks as PDFs.
Download a statement
Brex keeps card and business account statements in one documents menu.
Sign in to Brex on a computer.
Click your name at the top left and open "Statements and documents".
Choose the card statements or the business account (banking) statements.
Click the download icon on the month's row to get the PDF.
In ZeraBooks, click Banks & Cards › Upload statement, choose the matching account and upload the file. See Upload a bank or card statement.
How far back you can go
Brex keeps past statements online. Business account statements appear in the first week after the month ends.
PDF or CSV
Download the PDF statement. ZeraBooks reads the printed opening and closing balances from it and uses them to prove the month is complete. See How ZeraBooks proves a statement.
Brex statements are PDF only; transaction reports (including CSV) are a separate download. A CSV works in ZeraBooks too, but it usually has no opening or closing balance. After you upload one, enter both balances exactly as printed on the statement with Fix statement details… in Reconciliations. See Fix a month that doesn't tie.

Important: Brex card statements and business account statements are separate. Upload card statements into a credit card account and business account statements into a bank account in ZeraBooks.

No. ZeraBooks has no bank feeds and never asks for your Brex sign-in. Download each statement and upload it.
Which statements should I download?
Every month from the date your books start, for every account, oldest first. Upload one account's statement per file: each statement's opening balance is checked against the previous month's closing balance. See Upload a bank or card statement.
