Download your Bluevine statements

Where to find Bluevine business checking statements and how to get them into ZeraBooks as PDFs.

Download a statement

Bluevine keeps statements under its documents and reports area.

  1. Sign in to Bluevine on a computer.

  2. Open "Documents & Reports", then "Banking Statements".

  3. Choose the account from the dropdown, then the year.

  4. Click the month to download the PDF.

  5. In ZeraBooks, click Banks & Cards › Upload statement, choose the matching account and upload the file. See Upload a bank or card statement.

How far back you can go

Bluevine statements are available by the 5th of the next month.

PDF or CSV

Download the PDF statement. ZeraBooks reads the printed opening and closing balances from it and uses them to prove the month is complete. See How ZeraBooks proves a statement.

Bluevine also exports transactions as a CSV from the checking page (up to 18 months back). A CSV works in ZeraBooks too, but it usually has no opening or closing balance. After you upload one, enter both balances exactly as printed on the statement with Fix statement details… in Reconciliations. See Fix a month that doesn't tie.

Only need the transactions in a spreadsheet? Once you have the Bluevine PDF, convert it to Excel or CSV with the ZeraBooks bank statement converter.

Important: Bluevine lists the main account and any sub-accounts separately in the dropdown. Download each account you use, and upload each into its own account in ZeraBooks.

Frequently Asked Questions

This month's Bluevine statement isn't there yet. Why?

Bluevine makes statements available by the 5th of the next month.

Is my Bluevine line of credit statement the same?

No. Line of credit documents are separate from checking statements.

Can ZeraBooks connect to my Bluevine account directly?

No. ZeraBooks has no bank feeds and never asks for your Bluevine sign-in. Download each statement and upload it.

Which statements should I download?

Every month from the date your books start, for every account, oldest first. Upload one account's statement per file: each statement's opening balance is checked against the previous month's closing balance. See Upload a bank or card statement.
