Firms on a custom plan now get their own workspace. Everyone signs in with their own login and sees only their own documents.
We build custom versions of ZeraBooks for accounting firms, shaped around the way the firm already works. Each firm has its own sign-in address. An admin invites people by name and decides who else can manage the workspace.
Some firms run email scanners that open links before a person can. Sign-in now works around that, and setup uses an emailed six-digit code instead of a link.
