✨ Zero data entry. Zera reads any financial document your clients send and books it straight to your ledger.
PDFs of written checks convert to a spreadsheet with check number, date, payee, memo and amount.
Checks are the document most converters skip. ZeraBooks reads each check in a PDF and, today, proves the amount in figures against the amount written in words.

We rebuilt the Converter as its own app. Before you download, it checks every account on a statement against the balances the bank printed, to the cent.
ConverterYou now see a document being read the moment it uploads. Close the tab and the reading carries on without you.
ConverterStatements are read by a faster model, with uploads processed side by side so a stack of statements finishes sooner.
