The Converter, rebuilt to prove every statement
We rebuilt the Converter as its own app. Before you download, it checks every account on a statement against the balances the bank printed, to the cent.
Convert does one job well. Upload bank and card statements, checks, invoices, investment statements and financial statements on their own pages. Each document is read line by line and checked against its own printed totals. A statement shows Proven when every account ties to the cent, and Needs a look when something is off, with the amount it is off by.
Fix a misread row, move a line to the right account or add a missed one, and the proof is worked out again. Download one statement or tick several, in fixed formats: Standard, Money in and out, QuickBooks-ready, Xero-ready, Sage-ready or All details. Combined downloads never fail on multi-account files, and encrypted PDFs, such as statements saved from an iPhone, are read like any other.
